Because of this, Technical school 18 located in Senillosa, Neuquén Argentina, will provide an action plan for its teachers staff in order to acquire those technological skills since the basic cycle by means of a training course on TICS. This couse will consist of two stages:First stage is to identy the needs of teachers according to their knowledge on TICs and how to put them into practice.The second stage, according to their needs, to provide a training course on technology and strategies to develop in the classroom.These two stages will also let students acquire some knowledge to develop new strategies in the teaching and learning process.Keywords RESEARCH, PLANNING, DESIGN, TRAINING
