abstract: The study was planned as an Action Research. Thus, from our role as teacher-researchers, we examine the strengths, limitations, and difficulties of the initial reading and writing teaching process. Then, we implement strategies in order to facilitate and motivate students to develop the reading and writing process in the English language.
